To be busy!
Between baby, holidays, shopping and…
surgery. On my hand. There has not been much time for blogging. Especially one handed!

I had Carpal Tunnel Release surgery on my right hand last week…I had struggled with CT for many years but couldn’t get a Dr. to do more than give me PT for it. It got much worse during pregnancy, and then after The Bump came home, my hand went completely numb. So after a painful EMG, it was decided that surgery would fix it. Yeah…not so much.
So doing most everything these days is challenging, takes so much longer and is a bit messier. I am really looking forward to getting the stitches out (another 2 weeks from now!), but I am not sure this was even worth it as my hand is still numb. Boo.
My left hand will require surgery as well, but I dunno if I’ll do it. Taking care of a baby one handed sucks.
Its a good thing she’s cute!
My parents were here last week to help out, and they were lifesavers! They cooked, cleaned, and babysat. And even Santa made a housecall for The Bump’s first Santa visit! The Bump is lucky that her Papa is Santa!
